American Gothic House to hold 5K

The American Gothic House Center in Eldon will host a 5K race on Saturday, June 11.

Registration begins at 7:15 a.m. with the race starting at 8:00 a.m. The race will begin at the American Gothic House Center, and participants will run or walk down the hill and through the Wapello County Regional Fair Grounds to the Des Moines River before heading back through town and up the trail to the American Gothic House Center.

Registration forms can be found by going to www.mycountyparks/County/Wapello and click on American Gothic 5K or by stopping at the American Gothic House Center.

Note: Registration forms need to be filled out and sent/brought to the American Gothic House Center with the fee on or before the race even if you register by email.
