The Fairfield Beautification Commission will host a downtown spring garden cleanup from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 in Central Park.
Volunteers are asked to bring gloves and any garden tools they have, along with a great attitude.
Winter has finally loosened its grip, and it’s time to refresh, revitalize, and reawaken our beloved downtown gardens! Join us for the Downtown Spring Garden Cleanup, where we’ll roll up our sleeves, get our hands in the soil, and bring color and life back to our community spaces.
What We’ll Do:
Clear Away Winter Debris – Say goodbye to dried leaves, broken branches, and the remnants of winter.
Prune & Refresh Plants – Trim back overgrown shrubs and perennials to make way for new spring growth.
Fix & Tidy Up – Refresh garden edges, clean pathways, and make downtown sparkle.
