Fairfield chamber accepting applications for Leadership Fairfield

Join the top leaders and team members of the Fairfield community for the eighth year of Leadership Fairfield. Leadership Fairfield is the premier networking and professional development program for our area.

The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for this fantastic program. This program includes eight monthly sessions each centered around a unique theme. Classes meet monthly from September to April. One day every month, the class meets for a day-long session to learn about the community and develop leadership skills. While there is some classroom time, much of the time is spent in the community taking tours, visiting businesses and non-profits, and hands-on activities.

Every session includes expert presenters, panels of community leaders, and behind-the-scene tours of Fairfield businesses. By the end of the program, each participant will not only have a well-rounded view of the various business and industry in Fairfield but also have personally connected and networked with Fairfield's top business and community leaders.

The program is available to residents who live and/or work in the Fairfield area. It is a selective program.
