Fairfield couple writes book ‘The Anti-Aging Revolution’

FAIRFIELD - First-time authors Lisa West and John Humphries are downtown residents of Fairfield. Both retirees, they found each other late in life and married in late 2016.
Both love to explore the outdoors, travel in their 20’ RV trailer, visit family and friends, and sing/play in a musical trio. They are also involved in renovating a rental property in town.
As a couple, they have explored ways to stay fit and healthy in their latter years and learned a lot about the cellular benefits of certain anti-aging lifestyles, even leading to the possibility of reversing many of the symptoms of aging. Applying what they learned, Lisa and John saw first-hand how life-style changes could enhance their quality of life and improve their health, e.g., less arthritic pain, weight loss, fading age spots, reduced hair loss, more energy, better muscle tone, etc.
Consequently, they felt inspired to share their knowledge and experiences by writing a book, “The Anti-Aging Revolution.” The book’s subtitle is: “Break free from the chronic diseases and pain of aging with strategies that reverse aging, increase longevity and enhance your lifespan.”
