Fairfield Elks hold fundraising breakfast

The Fairfield Elks Lodge 1192 sponsored their annual Elks National Foundation Fundraising Breakfast on Saturday, Feb. 12.

The Foundation provides resources for local initiatives such as scholarships, grants for community investment programs, youth activities such as Hoop Shoot, Drug Awareness as well as resources providing comfort and care for hospitalized and homeless veterans.

The Lodge appreciates the donations from Lodge members and friends, and from businesses such as Iowa State Bank, MidWest One Bank, Libertyville Savings Bank, Community 1st Credit Union, Pilot Grove Bank and Shawn McCarty Insurance Agency.

The Fairfield Elks Lodge annually receives Elks National Foundation resources far exceeding pledges and donations.
