Fairfield Lions Club donates goodies to school staff
Feb. 2, 2022 2:50 pm
Fairfield Lions Club President Dorian Atwood and Ginny Hughes delivered baskets containing over 350 candy bars to all of the Fairfield Community Schools and the school administration office on Thursday, Jan. 27. The variety of bars had a custom label on them saying "Fairfield Lions Club Supports FHS & Staff. Kindness matters now more than ever.“
The ingredients listed on the back were "Thankfulness, Appreciation, Gratitude and Admiration."
Hughes explained that the Lions Club members wanted to “acknowledge the teachers and staff members for all of their hard work and dedication to our students and the community.”
