Spring Break week is upon us and Fairfield Public Library has events every day during the week of March 11-16.
The events are open to everyone and all free! Whether it’s hands-on Juggling Clinics for ages 10 and up with juggling enthusiast Nancy Mihlon, an Easy Origami lesson for ages 7 and up, or our LEGO free play, children’s librarian Sara Martindale is planning something for everyone.
Regular ongoing events – including Toddler Storytime, Toddler Connect and Play, and Storytime and crafts for older children – will continue to run, along with a Thursday movie on the big screen (with free popcorn!), a new scavenger hunt for prizes, and the opportunity to create something unique in the ever popular, always-stocked Book Mark Maker Space.
The library will once again celebrate National Pi Day, 3/14, with an assortment of homemade pie slices for everyone in the community. All events will be held in the Fairfield Public Library meeting room unless noted otherwise. For a complete calendar and more details on specific events, please visit www.fairfield.lib.ia.us – and then join us at the library for Spring Break 2024!
