Iowa State Bank names Cassie Schmidt VP of Operations

Aaron Kness, President and CEO of Iowa State Bank, announced that Cassie Schmidt has joined the Iowa State Bank team as the new Vice President of Operations - Cashier.

Aaron commented, “We are incredibly fortunate to add Cassie to our growing team. Her wealth of experience, leadership, and tremendous work ethic will immediately benefit the organization. It’s truly a pleasure to work with her.”

Cassie began her career in the banking industry as a teller, and subsequently held positions in loan processing and operations, most recently as bank cashier. Her knowledge of all bank departments is one of her key strengths.

Cassie lives in Fairfield with her husband, Jake. They enjoy traveling together whenever they can. She is an avid reader and has recently rekindled a passion from her youth: roller skating.
