Jefferson County Conservation plans Teacher Field Trip

Why do the students get to have all the fun? It is time for a teacher field trip! Join the fun on Tuesday, July 25 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Teachers will rotate through different sessions such as fishing, kayaking, spear throwing, and an educational hike. Participants will meet at Shelter #3 at Jefferson County Park.

Lunch will be provided by Farm Bureau at the Carnegie Historical Museum where teachers can participate in a scavenger hunt throughout the museum. Pre-registration is required for this free program. This event is open to all school employees that are interested, not just teachers.
