The article about the ?Come Home? task force Sept. 7 caught my attention. The task force is charged with working with local businesses to encourage Fairfield graduates to return to the area to fill job vacancies.

To the editor:
The article about the ?Come Home? task force Sept. 7 caught my attention. The task force is charged with working with local businesses to encourage Fairfield graduates to return to the area to fill job vacancies.
I returned to Fairfield 10 years ago after several years away, and I would like to remain here. After being ?downsized? from my computer programming job, I have spent the last year taking classes to make myself more marketable. I have now launched my job search, and the openings I find are not in this area. Is the task force also interested in retaining current residents?
