Everyone in Fairfield should treat themselves to a wonderful show this weekend! The Wizard of Oz is being put on by the Fairfield High School drama department and they are doing a great job! This production includes many VERY talented people ? high school, middle school, and elementary students work together to create a delightful cast of unforgettable characters, and the music will have you tapping your toes and humming tunes long after the show is over! I can?t imagine the hours it must have taken to prepare for this show, from the set and tech crew to the make-up artists and choreographers, to the wonderful orchestra. It is truly a fantastic production, and you won?t want to miss Toto, either!
Please go and support everyone who has given so much of themselves for your enjoyment. See for yourselves all the talented young people in Fairfield, especially those who are seniors and are nearing the end of their performances as students of Fairfield High School.
Your last two chances to see this wonderful production are Saturday, April 28, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 29, at 2 p.m. in the Fairfield High School Auditorium at 605 E. Broadway.
