Local chapter of T.T.T. meets in Fairfield

Chapter E T.T.T. met Tuesday, Oct. 4 at the McElhinney House with 11 members and one guest present.
Installation of a new member, Megan Miller was held to begin the evening. Molly Mosinski, Co-president then called the regular meeting to order. Members were reminded that dues were Due by November 1.
Election of officer’s was held with the current officers elected to the same position with acknowledgment given by the member.
Secretary’s report was given and approved. Treasurer, Laura Curran gave her report and it was approved and filed for audit. Fundraising of greenery packets were handed out for members to begin selling. All orders and money should be turned in by Oct. 25. Pecans are also being sold. It was decided we would give each camp girl a gift at Christmas.
Discussion was held regarding a donation to a charitable organization in December. Finalization of this matter will be made at the November meeting. The date for the next meeting is Nov. 1 and will be held at the McElhinney House.
Meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served.
