Maharishi School to hold open house Feb. 26

Want to learn to launch a rocket sky high? Or to throw a pot on our wheel? Want to design a robot together? Create in Makerspace? Or on a canvas? Or with words? So do WE!

Enjoy hands-on learning in our STEAM* programs: project period options include rocketry, robotics, pottery, screenwriting, art, drama, music and more for grades 8-12! Our students showcase their learning in Student Led Conferences and set SMART goals (grades 5-12).

Come meet our students, visit our classrooms, tour our campus and celebrate our hands-on learning at our Open House, Feb. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visits to our Preschool require an appointment. All other visitors are requested to pre-register to get a Gift Bag! All attendees receive $100 tuition credit. Come see for yourself what’s new at Maharishi School!

Maharishi School offers a unique, college prep program including AP courses for Upper School students (9th-12th), Middle School (6th-8th) with Student Council opportunities, Lower School (1st-5th) and our nurturing Preschool (Toddler through K) which features our outdoor certified Nature Explore Classroom. Iowa Department of Education can help! Iowa residents may apply for Education Savings Account (ESA/”Voucher”) to receive $7,635 state funding for private school tuition K-12 starting April 16th! Iowa’s Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and Early Childhood Iowa (ECI) provides grants and scholarships for pre-Kindergarten students for up to $5,800 per year for those who qualify.
