Memorial bench placed in honor of former JCHC Auxiliary President Susan Muntz

The Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) Auxiliary placed a memorial bench in front of Jefferson County Health Center in honor of the late Susan Muntz, former President of the JCHC Auxiliary, and a beloved and dedicated member of the community. On Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, members of the Auxiliary along with the family of Susan Muntz and JCHC CEO, Bryan Hunger gathered to dedicate the bench.

Susan Muntz, a compassionate soul, spent a significant part of her life serving the Jefferson County community. She had served as JCHC Auxiliary President for over eight years and had been a member for many years prior. Her legacy of selfless dedication to the welfare of others has left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing her. It is only fitting that her memory be honored in a place that symbolizes her spirit of caring and healing. This heartwarming tribute will forever serve as a testament to Susan’s unwavering commitment to the well-being of our community.
