In March, F.A.C.T. put on a show called WAITING FOR OPRAH at the Walton Club. The play was about a book club waiting for Oprah to arrive. At the end of the play, they open the door and yell in unison ?Oh My God!? Well?it took a few months but she made it! I often thought how fun it would be if Oprah was really standing there! But I?m sure her camera crew would have given it away. Anyway?I?m a believer. The very year Scott Slechta and his wonderful cast perform a play called Waiting For Oprah, she actually appears in Fairfield! You may not be impressed but I sure the heck am.
