Pekin FFA holds ‘Feed the Farmer’ breakfast
The Pekin FFA held “Feed the Farmer” breakfasts on Saturday, Oct. 15 at two area locations, Gobble Creek Seed near Martinsburg and Greiner Real Estate & Auction in Richland.
The FFA members broke into two groups to serve a breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and hash browns at both locations. Feed the Farmer was sponsored by the Iowa Corn Growers Association, which also donated all of the food and paper products for the event.
