The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Thursday

12:41 a.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 1000 block of West Carpenter.

12:47 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 50 block of North 12th.

12:56 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 50 block of West Broadway.

1:27 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at B and Broadway for speed.

1:41 a.m. - Police checked a building in the 200 block of South 20th.

4:21 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Kirkwood for a traffic violation.

8:14 a.m. - Entry into a confined space at the Waterworks No. 5 Lift Station was reported.

8:50 a.m. - Police assisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

11:28 a.m. - A parking concern was reported at Lowe and F.

1 p.m. - An animal concern was reported at Court and Washington.

1:09 p.m. - Burglary was reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

1:22 p.m. - Police assisted the ambulance in the 400 block of Highland.

1:59 p.m. - Police investigated counterfeiting/forgery in the 200 block of Wilson.

2:07 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 500 block of East Buchanan.

2:56 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the east-west alley north of the 300 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

3:03 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at Broadway and Fourth.

5:06 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 500 block of West Adams.

7:23 p.m. - Vagrancy panhandling was reported.

8:15 p.m. - A parking concern was reported at Forrest and Broadway.

9:17 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of North Fourth.

9:41 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at B and Broadway for a traffic violation.

10:06 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Burlington for a traffic violation.

10:32 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested at Waterworks Park.
