The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Monday

7:07 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued on Highway 1, north of the dome entrance on the Maharishi University of Management campus, for a traffic violation.

7:12 a.m. - Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.

8:26 a.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road for a traffic violation.

8:30 a.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 800 block of South D.

9:47 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 600 block of West Monroe.

10:03 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 400 block of West Depot.

10:04 a.m. - A parking concern was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.

10:11 a.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued at Fourth and Depot for a traffic violation.

11:38 a.m. - A hazardous road condition was reported at the railroad bridge on North Second.

1:06 p.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office in the 200 block of North 28th and the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

1:28 p.m. - A mental concern was reported in the 2000 block of North Court.

2:09 p.m. - Police assisted a motorist at Seventh and Fillmore.

4:19 p.m. - Police assisted the ambulance in the 300 block of West Burlington.

4:24 p.m. - A parking concern was reported in the 400 block of North B.

7:06 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Ninth and Hempstead for a broken brake light.

7:06 p.m. - Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.
