11:26 p.m. - Police saw suspicious activity at Fifth and Tyler.

11:47 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Burlington for a traffic violation.

11:58 p.m. - A fireworks warning was issued in the 400 block of East Burlington for disturbing the peace.

Friday

12:04 a.m. - Police checked Waterworks Park after park hours.

12:09 a.m. - Police assisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

12:25 a.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

1:43 a.m. - Police assisted Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at Ninth and Kirkwood.

2:40 a.m. - Cresten Allen Downey, 40, of Mount Sterling, was arrested at Main and Harrison and charged with driving while barred.

3:09 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.

7:38 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1300 block of West Grimes for a traffic violation.

8:40 a.m. - Police assisted the ambulance in the 300 block of South 30th.

11:53 a.m. - Disorderly conduct was reported in the 3000 block of West Burlington.

2:46 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Harrison and Main.

3:30 p.m. - A parking concern was reported on Court Street on the Fairfield square.

3:38 p.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 1000 block of West Carpenter.

4:37 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 900 block of West Tyler.

5:58 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 1600 block of West Burlington.

6:19 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported at D and Wilson.

9:12 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported at Third and Madison.

9:45 p.m. - Citations were issued in the 500 block of North Second for driving while suspended and non-registered vehicle.

10:42 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at 10th and Hempstead.

10:52 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Third and Burlington for a traffic violation.

2:14 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.

4:10 pa.m. - An alarm was reported in the 400 block of South Main.

6:26 a.m. - Police assisted a motorist on Highway 34, westbound from Henry County.

9:35 a.m. - A funeral escort was requested from St. Mary Catholic Church.

10:20 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 300 block of Polk.

10:37 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 50 block of North 12th.

11:15 a.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 300 block of South 17th.

11:36 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at Eighth and Gerald.

11:43 a.m. - A parking concern was reported at Fourth and Briggs.

Noon - A business alarm sounded in the 200 block of South 23rd.

2:45 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 3200 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

5:28 p.m. - Police assisted the Iowa State Patrol on Highway 1 in the Maharishi University of Management campus.

6:42 p.m. - An animal concern ws reported at Jefferson and Seventh.

7:19 p.m. - Police were asked to assisted a motorist on Walton Lake Road. The subject was not located.

8:05 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of West Stone.

8:28 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported at B and Washington.

8:33 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 500 block of West Adams Avenue.

9:25 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported on Southview Circle.

9:38 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.

9:40 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 1100 block of Liberty Drive.

9:43 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported at Third and Jackson.

2:33 a.m. - Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a runaway.

2:44 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.

3:12 a.m. - Police assisted the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

3:50 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fifth and Burlington for a traffic violation.

8:23 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Burlington and Third for a traffic violation.

10:43 a.m. - Police saw suspicious activity on West Depot.

11:33 a.m. - Police saw a parking concern in the 900 block of West Grimes.
