The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Monday

7:29 a.m. - Police saw suspicious activity at Fifth and Depot.

7:30 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 800 block of West Burlington.

2:01 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Washington and Second for failure to yield right of way.

3:18 p.m. - An animal complaint was made in the 1100 block of East Madison. Police signed for a male husky, wearing a purple collar, located at Highland/Harrison.

3:25 p.m. - Police investigated theft in the North Campus Village new development.

4:02 p.m. - A hit-and-run traffic accident was reported in the Green Lumber Yard.

6 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 500 block of North Fifth.

7:56 p.m. - An animal concern was reported at Sixth and Fillmore. Police signed for a dog.

8:11 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 300 block of East Hempstead.
