Stephanie Treece promoted to Health Information Manager at Jefferson County Health Center

FAIRFIELD, IA —Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Treece to the position of Health Information Manager. Stephanie, a dedicated member of the JCHC team for eight years, previously served as a coder for the JCHC Clinics.
Stephanie’s extensive background and credentials make her well-suited for this leadership role. She holds a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) degree and has been an active member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) for ten years. These experiences have equipped her with the expertise and perspective needed to guide JCHC's Health Information Management (HIM) team.
In her new role, Stephanie will manage key areas of the HIM department, including coders, release of information, deficiencies, and scanning operations. She will also be available as a resource to assist with any HIM-related needs, ensuring smooth processes and collaboration across departments.
Stephanie’s promotion reflects her exceptional leadership qualities. Known for being fair, determined, and detail-oriented, Stephanie approaches challenges with a positive mindset and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. She is a skilled researcher who continuously strives for excellence.
