4-H projects head to Iowa State Fair

SIGOURNEY — The 2024 Keokuk County 4-H Iowa State Fair recognition and special award rosettes were announced during the intermission of the talent show judging at the 2024 Keokuk County Expo Fair in July.
The following 4-H Static exhibits were selected for the State Fair.

Dylan Weber, with Lafayette Feeders 4-H Club, earned the overall best exhibit building project rosette and the best ag and science project rosette.
Neela Thompson, with the Riverside 4-H Club, earned the top horticulture exhibit rosette, and Teagan Swearingen, with the Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club, earned the top photography exhibit rosette.
Naomi Wadsworth, with the Keswick Klover Leaves 4-H Club, won the top food and nutrition rosette, and Kaylee Frazier, with the Keswick Klover Leaves 4-H Club, took the top needlepoint/quilting rosette.
Jayde Snakenberg, with the Stick-to-It 4-H Club, earned the top home improvement rosette.
