‘A Murder for Christmas’ premieres in Amana

AMANA — A Christmas who-done-it by Karen and Alex Schaeffer will premiere at the Amana Performing Arts Center next month.
The community theater piece is “A Christmas Carol” with murder and mayhem, according to a press release from TKM Theatrical Productions.
The “hilarious, breakneck whodunit,” is about a small community theater group’s annual performance of “A Christmas Carol” that goes horribly awry when Scrooge is murdered.
Cassidy Sheridan, a hometown B movie actress, and the ladies of “A Christmas Carol” work together to discover clues and uncover the murderer.
Performances will be Dec. 6, 7, 13 and 14 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 8 and 15 at 3 p.m. at the Amana Performing Arts Center, 39 38th Ave. in Amana. Tickets are $25. Contact deborahkennedy@live.com for more information and for group rates.
