Allison siblings place 5th at state co-ed meet

MARSHALLTOWN — The State Co-ed Golf Meets, divided into two classes, were played on Tuesday.
In 1A, five area pairings competed at American Legion Golf Course in Marshalltown.
The format was alternate shot, with girls teeing off on all odd holes and boys on even holes.
Williamsburg’s sibling duo of Robbie and Rubianne Allison had the highest area finish, placing in fifth with a 78.
The Raiders other duo of Kenzie Driscoll and Cooper Bott shot a 86.
English Valleys brought two pairings as well. Taylor Mikesell and Gage Heyne shot a 90, Nicole Murphy and Tyler Lortz 100.
HLV-TC’s lone pairing of Aly Kempf and Peyton Roth carded a 88.
