Attorney General Bird visits Iowa County
Apr. 6, 2023 8:42 am
Attorney General Brenna Bird was in Williamsburg Friday, March 31, for a tour of Kinze Manufacturing and to discuss how the Attorney General’s Office can best support Iowa’s agricultural businesses.
During her tour, Attorney General Bird met with Kinze Manufacturing staff and walked through Kinze’s facilities to better understand their production and business operations. Conversations centered around the innovation of Iowa’s growing businesses and economy.
“Iowa is and will always be an agriculture state,” said Attorney General Bird. “I enjoyed touring Kinze’s facilities and getting an inside look at the operations driving one of Iowa’s leading agriculture manufacturers. As Attorney General, I am committed to protecting farmers, agriculture manufacturers and the many Iowans who fuel our state’s growing agriculture industry."
Attorney General Bird is traveling the state each week as part of her commitment to work in all 99 counties each year. These visits are focused on building relationships with law enforcement officers, county attorneys, and other local leaders to best serve Iowans across the state. Iowa County marks the 55th county she has traveled to since taking office Jan. 3.
