Benton Farm Bureau to match funds for fairground improvement

The Benton County Farm Bureau is holding a matching donation fund drive for improvements to the Benton County Fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are raising funds to help upgrade the beef arena, including new steel to replace damaged trusses, LED lights and a new sign.
The Benton County Farm Bureau will match up to $3,500 to help make these upgrades possible. Donations must be received by May 1 and may be sent to the Benton County Farm Bureau, 1105 W. 9th St., Vinton, Iowa 52349. Checks should be made payable to Benton County Farm Bureau with “Fair Donation” on the memo line.
