Brooklyn Opera House hosts music, theater, events

BROOKLYN — The Brooklyn Opera House, a historic staple in the Brooklyn community since 1911, will host several musical events in February and March.
Its 2026 season kicks off Valentine’s Day with Live Band Karaoke, an interactive experience that allows participants to sing alongside a professional band, at the Opera House Feb. 14.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early for an Italian Dinner hosted by the American Legion from 5—7:30 p.m., for a donation. Proceeds will help pay for the “Wall That Heals,” the replica Vietnam Veterans Memorial coming to Brooklyn this summer.
Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Swift Experience is set for Feb. 22. A tribute to one of the most iconic pop stars of the decade, this Taylor Swift tribute show features fan-favorite hits and is perfect for Swifties of all ages.
PetRock will bring a ‘70s vibe to Brooklyn March 7. Perfect for audiences of all ages, the band offers everything from intimate acoustic sets to full electric shows.”
Over the past year, the Brooklyn Opera House, located at 115 Jackson St. in Brooklyn, hosted 158 events and welcomed 11,345 visitors, from concerts and theater to graduations and weddings, according to a press release from the organization.
