Cancer group meets Oct. 11

MARENGO — Butler’s Bunch Sharing for Hope cancer support group will meet Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the Compass Memorial Healthcare executive boardroom.
The group welcomes anyone who has been touched by cancer. The meetings are informal. People who wish to share their experiences may do so.

Those attending say having a place to meet in this area is preferable to traveling to nearby cities for support groups. CMH’s Elle Krakow, LMSW hosts and facilitates the group at CMH.
