Children show calves, goats at Expo
SIGOURNEY — The 2024 4-H bucket calf and goat show was held July 19 at the 2024 Keokuk County Expo Fair.
Purple ribbons were awarded to Noah Gent, Maddyn Hinnah, Neela Thompson, Kellen Webb, Reid Danner, Harpyr Hinnah, Jolie Voss, Delayna Danner, Calynn Voss, Maesyn Bain, Molly Collins, Eleanora Ferrell, Tenley Gent, Beau Snakenberg and Braxton Webb.
The champion bucket goat award was given to Calynn Voss, of the Lafayette Feeders 4-H Club. Jolie Voss, of the Lafayette Feeders 4-H Club showed the reserve champion bucket goat.
Noah Gent, of the Liberty Leaders 4-H Club, showed the champion intermediate bucket calf.
