Easter Bunny makes appearance in North English

The Easter Bunny visited North English Saturday, March 18, for an egg hunt and photos. Due to cold weather, the event was held at the English Valleys Elementary School gym. Organizers reported a turnout of about 70 children. The event was sponsored by the North English Community Club, with assistance from Financial Service Group, Inc., who stored equipment for the year; English Valleys Nursing Care Center and Valley View Assisted Living, for stuffing eggs and sponsoring the coloring contest, and English Valleys Girl Scout Troop 8597, who set up a cookie booth and donated the prizes leftover from L.O.V.E. Network.
