English Valleys History Center releases program list

NORTH ENGLISH — The English Valleys History Center in North English has released a list of programs scheduled for 2026.
The History Center provides free monthly programs from March through November. The first program of 2026, set for Sunday, March 29 at 2 p.m., will be a presentation by Randee Fieselmann about the First Iowa Infantry in the U.S. Civil War.
Following are the remaining programs for 2006. The programs begin at 2 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. Refreshments are served following the programs.
Sunday, April 26: Roy R. Behrens, “Iowa’s Camouflage Experts”
Sunday, June 28: Mike Williams, “Automotive History: A personal obsession”
Sunday, July 19: Allan Hogue, “Farming on the Oxbow”
Sunday, Aug. 30: Sandra Kessler Host, “What Happened to the Ioway?”
Sunday, Sept. 27: Jacob Glandon, “My life as a local filmmaker”
Sunday, Oct. 25: Kirsten Kumpf-Baele, “The Anne Frank Tree in Iowa City”
Sunday, Nov. 22: Steve Miller and Scott Romine, “The Iowa Project: The Mosaic”
