Butler’s Bunch Sharing for Hope cancer support group will meet in a new location. During construction at Compass Memorial Healthcare, Butler’s Bunch will meet in the education room, down main hallway to lobby and to the right before provider’s photos. Butler’s Bunch will meet at 6:30 p.m. The group welcomes cancer survivors, anyone who is being treated for cancer, has had cancer or has been or is a caregiver. Thursday, Nov. 14
Compass Memorial Healthcare Foundation will light its Holiday Tree of Lights at 7 p.m. in Marengo City Park. Lights are purchased in memory of loved ones for $10, blue lights in memory of relatives and friends and white ones in honor of relatives and friends. The tree is lit through Christmas. Formerly on the hospital campus, the tree will be located on the southeast corner of the Marengo square this year because of hospital construction.
Friday, Nov. 15
Victor Public Library will host a game night from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to celebrate International Games Week. Participants will play board games and card games. Snacks will be available. All ages are welcome. The library is located at 710 Second St. in Victor.

BGM High School will present Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella: Youth Edition: at 7 p.m. at the BGM Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and must be purchased online through Bound. Scan the bar code on ticket flyers for access to tickets.
Saturday, Nov. 16
North English Christian Church will host its fall bazaar, with food, decor and other items for sale. Doors open at noon. The auction begins at 1 p.m. The church is located at 131 N. Howard St. in North English.
Montezuma High School’s drama department will present “Beauty and the Beast” at 7 p.m. Snacks will be available during intermission. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and are available in advance at Montezuma State Bank and at the door.
Victor Public Library, at 710 Second St. in Victor, will host a tutorial about how to download e-books, audio books and other online materials. The tutorial will begin at 10 a.m.

Jacob Glandon, of Black Oak Films, will talk about his film company and his projects at English Valleys History Center at 2 p.m. Glandon is a 2019 graduate of English Valleys High School.

Compass Memorial’s Senior Life Solutions will host a fall open house from 1-3 p.m. Senior Life Solutions is located at 300 W. May St. in Marengo.
Wednesday, Nov. 20
Friends of the Marengo Public Library will host RiverBend Bronze Handbell Ensemble at 12:30 p.m. at the library. RiverBend Bronze is a handbell ensemble from the Quad Cities. The ensemble will play Christmas music and talk about the history of handbells. The library is located at 235 E. Hilton in Marengo.
