Continuing my 22-county tour.
Early in the week, I had a great visit to Hills & Dales to see the incredible work they’re doing to support individuals with disabilities and their families. We toured the new, state-of-the-art Weber Autism Center, and discussed how the One Big Beautiful Bill strengthens home and community-based services.
Grateful for their commitment to helping every individual reach their fullest potential.
I also got the chance to participate in a round table discussion in Dubuque with Americans for Prosperity. We discussed pro-growth policies in the One Big Beautiful Bill — helping folks keep more of their hard-earned money through no tax on tips and overtime and providing certainty for small businesses.
I absolutely loved stopping by the Field of Dreams to see how construction is coming along for the improved stadium and Dyersville sports complex. Is this heaven? No, it's Iowa.
There is something magical about the Field of Dreams, and I’m excited to see this dream become a reality for Dyersville and Dubuque County.
I also had a fascinating visit to Terraform Tillage. With their technology, farmers are able to measure and map soil compaction easier than ever. I was so impressed by the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of owner Josh Jeske and his team, right here in rural Iowa.
Our farmers are incredible stewards of our natural resources, and precision ag tools help them care for and protect their most valuable resource — Iowa farmland. My PRECISE Act would also help farmers access the tools and tech they need to keep leading the way.
Enjoyed my visit to the Daniel Adams Fine Art Gallery in Eldora. This gallery showcases the talent of the very gifted artist, Daniel Adams, who moved to Iowa because of our affordable cost of living and high quality of life for working Americans.
His paintings were all incredible.
I also stopped by Shell Rock Soy Processing in Butler County. Agriculture is the foundation of our state's economy, and the One Big Beautiful Bill strongly supports Iowa's farmers and biofuels industry. I'm so proud to have voted for this transformational legislation and will always fight for our farmers and producers.
I dropped by Schumacher Elevators, too. They are a 100% made-in-America company. When we invest in American small businesses, we make the future of our state and country strong.
And the One Big Beautiful Bill gives our small businesses like this one more economic freedom to help local economies thrive.
