HLV boys wrestle a win from Montezuma

The HLV boys wrestling team went 1-2 in a triangular midweek then placed sixth at the Regina Invitational Saturday.

The Warriors lost to Cardinal, 40-36, and to North Mahaska 42-30 but beat Montezuma, 36-27.

Brody Sternhagen (150) and Cole Fontinel (285) led the way at Regina, each going 3-0 and taking first place.
