HLV guys win division at tournament

NEW SHARON — HLV won the South Iowa Cedar League West Division boys’ golf tournament April 22, at Prairie Knolls Country Club in New Sharon.

The Warriors carded a 326 to top BGM by five strokes. Cruz DeJong of Montezuma won a playoff against Peyton Roth of HLV for medalist.

Keota won the SICL East Division at Sigourney Golf & Country Club. English Valleys was two strokes back in second. Iowa Valley was fourth. Eli Marsh of English Valleys was medalist.
