IGHSAU releases girls wrestling regional assignments

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released girls wrestling regional assignments over Christmas break.

Williamsburg already knew it was a host school in Class 1A but now knows which teams it will host.

Also in 1A, BGM will travel to Midland, while English Valleys and Iowa Valley will head to Wapello.

Regional meets will take place Friday, Jan. 30 and will start at 4 p.m. The top two finishers at each weight class advance to the state tournament.
