MARENGO — Brooklyn Klair Viall, 21, of Amana, was charged in Iowa County District Court Dec. 20 with failure to maintain reasonable speed. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department cited Viall after an incident Dec. 15 at 9:30 a.m. at 110th St. and U.S. Highway 151.
Rylee Wencil-Lewis McNeeley, 25, of Anamosa, was charged Dec. 20 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department stopped McNeeley at 9:40 a.m. Dec. 15 at 110th St. and U.S. 151.
Robert James Lemke, 53, of Oxford, was charged Dec. 20 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department stopped Lemke about 6:24 p.m. Dec. 17 on B Avenue in Iowa County.
Troy Lee Teggatz, 61, of Parnell, was charged Dec. 23 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, second offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Teggatz at 12:25 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 2800 block of P Avenue near Williamsburg.
Edward Allen Konicek, 80, of Belle Plaine, was charged Dec. 24 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Konicek on Iowa Highway 21, 1206 B. Avenue, in Belle Plaine at 6 p.m. Dec. 23.
On Dec. 20, Nicholas Jon Whitehead, 42, of Marengo, was charged with being in violation of a no-contact order. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department says Whitehead violated the order at 3:07 a.m. Dec. 19 at 670 Eastern Ave. in Marengo.
