MARENGO — Ryan Allyn Waldrop, 46, of Marengo, was charged Dec. 29 in Iowa County District Court with driving while his license is barred for being a habitual offender.
Waldrop was arrested on 160th St. near Highway 6 Trail by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department about 2:57 a.m. Dec. 29.
Carolyn Jean Wolfer, 69, of North English, was charged Dec. 31 with forgery, a Class D felony.
According to court documents, Wolfer forged the name of Linda Gerard, deceased, on a check for $65.31 at Ladora Stora about 4:26 p.m. Nov. 18.
Wolfer was also charged with theft in the fifth degree.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department investigated the incident.
Johnette Renee Whach, 51, of Des Moines, was charged Jan. 1 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense, after Williamsburg Police stopped her at 6:27 p.m. Jan. 1 at 130 W. Evans in Williamsburg.
