In Iowa County District Court

MARENGO — Sandra Renee Koenig, 63, of Marengo, was charged Jan. 7 in Iowa County District Court with unlawful passing of a school bus, first offense.

According to the Williamsburg Police Department, the incident occurred Jan. 6 at 3:30 p.m. on Kenton Way.

Zachary Alan Poulson, 19, of Norway, was charged Jan. 4 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, second offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s department arrested Poulson Jan. 3 about 9:16 p.m. in the 1100 Block of W Avenue near Norway.

Poulson was previously convicted of OWI in April of 2023 in Benton County.

Andrew Ray Kleinmeyer, 39, of Amana, was charged Jan. 5 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. The Iowa State Patrol arrested Kleinmeyer Jan. 4 about 10:15 p.m. at 110th St. and U.S. Highway 151 north.

Matthew Paul Stoner, 45, of Parnell, was charged Jan. 7 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. Williamsburg police arrested Stoner just after midnight Jan. 7 on Highway 149.

Nicholas Ryan Shepperd, 36, of Dayton, Minnesota, was charged Jan. 7 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, third offense, a Class D felony. The Iowa State Patrol arrested Shepperd shortly after 1 a.m. Jan. 7 on Interstate 80 eastbound at mile marker 221.

Shepperd was previously convicted of OWI in 2017 and in 2020 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Stephanie Thompson, of Williamsburg, was charged Jan. 7 with a compulsory education violation for not sending her child to Mary Welsh Elementary School in Williamsburg.
