MARENGO — Brennan Martin Hanson, 30, of Williamsburg, was charged in Iowa County District Court Jan. 14 with two counts of child endangerment and with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense.
Hanson was arrested by Williamsburg police about 1 a.m. Jan. 11 in Williamsburg. A temporary no contact order for two minor children was issued Jan. 11.
Hanson was also cited for failure to use child restraint devices.
Joshua Allen Mack was arrested by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department Jan. 9 as a fugitive from justice. Mack is accused of stealing $750 or more, a Class De felony, in Missouri and will extradited to that state.
Amanda Rose Finnegan, 37, of Williamsburg was charged Jan. 9 with unlawfully passing a school bus, first offense. Williamsburg police say Finnegan committed the offense about 1:10 p.m. Jan. 8 on Kenton Way.
Terrell Duron Frazier, 40, of Cedar Rapids, was charged Jan. 9 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Frazier at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 8 at C Street and U.S. 151 north.
Frazier was also cited for operating a non-registered vehicle.
Steven Dale Fuller, 65, of Marshalltown, was charged Jan. 14 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. He was stopped by Williamsburg police at 12:43 a.m. Jan. 14 on the Highway 149 ramp to Interstate 80 west.
DeWayne Edward Holloway Jr., 38, of Cedar Rapids, was charged Jan. 14 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked after the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested him about 6:10 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 1000 block of W Avenue.
Holloway was also cited with speeding and with operating a non-registered vehicle.
Zackgleeyor Abraham Innis, 27, of Des Moines, was charged Jan. 10 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense and driving while his license is denied or revoked. He was arrested by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department Jan. 10 about 6:38 a.m. on I-80 east at mile marker 228.
Innis was also cited for driving with an open container.
Angela Kay Harriman, 43, of Ladora, was charged Jan. 11 with domestic abuse assault, first offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department investigated the reported assault Jan. 11 about 3:30 p.m. at 1003 Main St. in Ladora where Harriman lived with her eldest son, D’ondre Addison-Donald Davis.
Harriman is accused of assaulting Davis and injuring his arm. A non-contact order was issued Jan. 12.
