MARENGO — Tyler Ann Hunzinger, 25, of Williamsburg, was charged in Iowa County District Court Jan. 16 with failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
The charge stemmed from an incident on 240th St. at 7:20 a.m. Jan. 15. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Tony Siemering, 43, of Cedar Rapids, was charged Jan. 19 with driving while his license was denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. He was arrested by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department about 7:38 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 151 north.
Iva Deanna Steggall, 55, of Middle Amana, was charged Jan. 21 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, second offense. She was arrested in the 100 block of W Avenue/Highway 151 about 11:12 p.m. Jan. 20.
Steggall was previously convicted of OWI in October of 2016 in Linn County.
Penny Holder was charged Jan. 15 with compulsory education violation, first offense, for failure to cause her child to attend Williamsburg High School,
On Jan. 21, Jenna Lea Debrower, 40, of Victor, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Debrower was arrested at 412 Second Street at 9:10 a.m. Jan. 18 on two outstanding warrant, and Iowa County Sheriff’s deputies found a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue on the floorboard of her vehicle between her feet.
Debrower pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $105 and ordered to pay court costs.
