MARENGO — Michael David Range was arrested Feb. 4 in Iowa County as a fugitive from justice.
According to documents filed with Iowa County District Court, Range is accused of threat or obstruction in Wisconsin.
Derek Charles Pazour, 34, of Amana, was charged Feb. 2 in Iowa County District Court with public intoxication.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Pazour about 10:48 p.m. Jan. 31 at 741 47th Ave. in Amana. According the court documents, Pazour had been drinking at the Millstream Brau Haus and was asked to leave after allegedly provoking altercations with other patrons.
Josue Isac Carlin, 27, of Waukegan, Illinois, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Carlin was also charged with speeding — 95 mph in a 55 p.m. zone — and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
Williamsburg police say that Carlin was stopped for speeding and was questioned about an odor of marijuana. Police found a THC pen in the center console of the vehicle Carlin was driving, a scale with marijuana and a backpack containing marijuana in the trunk.
Police say Carlin admitted to possessing the items.
Carlin pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to provide proof of financial liability. A non-jury trial is set for May 6 at 9:30 a.m. Carlin posted $1,000 bond for the marijuana charge.
