MARENGO — Traivs Ryan Dolash, 37, of Chelsea, was charged Feb. 10 in Iowa County District Court with driving while his license is barred.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department investigated a vehicle accident at 11 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 1700 block of 336th Street and found that Dolash, one of the drivers involved, was barred from driving in Iowa from Nov. 12, 2023 through Nov. 10, 2026.
On Feb. 7, Tyler Alexander Stinson, 28, of Cedar Rapids, was charged with diving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. The Sheriff’s Department stopped Stinson Feb. 6 at 4:06 p.m. on U.S. 151 north.
Dylan Matthew Stoner, 19, of South Amana, was charged Feb. 11 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department stopped Stoner at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 8 in the 2800 block of Iowa Highway 149 north.
On Feb. 9, John Alan Conner, 62, of Deep River, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department took him into custody Feb. 8, at 11:05 p.m. at Boland Avenue and Iowa 149 North in Parnell.
Conner was stopped for going 43 miles per hour in a 25-mph zone. His blood alcohol content registered at 0.129%, according to court documents.
Kyle Donald Morrison, 43, of South English, was charged Feb. 10 with driving while his license is denied or revoked.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Morrison Feb. 10 at 8:32 a.m. at M Avenue and 337th St. His license was revoked Sept. 2, 2024 for refusing an OWI test, according to court documents.
On Feb. 12, Esteban Medina Marquis, 25, of Aurora, Colorado, was charged with driving while his license was denied or revoked.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department took Marquis into custody Feb. 12 at 3:16 a.m. at I-80 east mile marker 208.9 after Marquis lost control of the 2005 Ford F-250 he was driving, hit a cable barrier and became entangled in it.
Marquis was released on $1,000 bond.
Also Feb. 10, a civil case against C6-Zero, filed by Kelly Regenold, was dismissed without prejudice. Filed March 21, 2023, case had been set to go to trial Feb. 11.
