MARENGO — Bozidar Pilipovic, 20, of Vinton, was charged March 4 in Iowa County District Court with burglary in the third degree.
According to court documents, an Iowa County sheriff’s deputy saw Polipovic at the Little Amana Ramada, at 2211 U Avenue in Williamsburg March 4 at 10:51 a.m. Polipovic admitted opening a closed gate and looking for items to take, the court filing says.
The fence had a “No Trespassing” sign on it, according to the sheriff’s deputy.
Camden Joseph Kennebeck, 19, of Victor, was charged March 2 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. Iowa County sheriff’s deputy stopped Kennebeck at County Line Road and Fourth Street at 7:32 a.m. Feb. 24.
Robert Vladislav Dimit, 28, of Montezuma, was charged March 2 with driving while his license is suspended. Sheriff deputies arrested him March 1 at 3:36 p.m. at A Avenue and 190th Street.
Dimit was also charged with speeding.
Bradley Simm Elrod, 34, of Williamsburg, was charged with public intoxication March 2.
A bystander reported to Williamsburg police that Elrod was lying in the middle of Westwood Road at 10 a.m. March 2. An ambulance checked on his welfare. He refused transfer.
Elrod admitted to consuming a bottle of vodka at his residence earlier in the day, according Williamsburg police. He blood alcohol level tested at higher than the legal limit of .08.
