In Iowa County District Court

MARENGO — Nick Clair Meader, 43, of Elberon, was charged in Iowa County District Court March 31 with driving while barred.

The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department stopped Meader in the 1700 block of 212 Blvd March 31 about 8:24 p.m. and found that his license was barred from March 17, 2025 through March 15, 2028.

Rachel Kabedi Livio, 21, of Coralville, was charged April 1 with driving while barred. Williamsburg police stopped Livio about 7:20 p.m. April 1 for failing to stop at a stop sign at Cyclone Drive and North Highland Street and found that she was barred from driving.

Elena Rubi Estrada, 15, of Marengo, was charged March 31 with driving while her license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoke. Marengo police picked up Estrada at Lion’s Park in Marengo March 27 at 4:55 p.m.

Jackie Angelo Clark, 47, of Iowa City, was charged March 31 with domestic assault. Williamsburg police were called to the Days Inn at 1708 N. Highland St. in Williamsburg about 4:52 a.m. March 31 where they found Clark with a woman from North English who had bruises and abrasions on her face and right wrist.

According to court documents, Clark and the woman had had an intimate relationship for 14 years.

A no contact order was issued March 31.
