MARENGO — Devon Marquis Williams, 35, of Clutier, was charged June 3 in Iowa County District Court with criminal mischief in the fifth degree.
Williamsburg police allege that Williams drove though the drive-through at McDonald’s, 235 E. Evans St. in Williamsburg, about 10:40 p.m. June 1, ordered food, then threw a drink though the drive-through window.
Reese Marie Burich, 18, of Solon, was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense, May 31.
Burich was a passenger in a blue 2000 Ford F200 pickup stopped by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department at H Avenue and Interstate 80 about 11 p.m. May 30 for not having a license plate light, according to a report filed with the court.
Burich had a vape and cartridges, according to court documents.
Burich was also sited for being in possession of a vapor product while under the age of 21.
The driver of the truck, Joseph Kinnick Kueter, 19, of Williamsburg, was charged with possession of alcohol under age, first offense.
Benton Michael George, 21, of Deep River, was charged June 2 with possession of marijuana, first offense.
According to a report filed with Iowa County District Court, an Iowa County deputy stopped George at Main St. and Redwood in North English about 8:24 p.m. June 1 for going 35 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone. The officer smelled marijuana and found a marijuana vape pen on the driver’s side front floor board in the car.
The resin tested positive for THC, the deputy’s report says.
George was also charged with speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.
