Andrew Leon Gerard, 33, of Victor was charged Oct. 7 with driving while his license is barred for being a habitual offender. Gerard was arrested by Williamsburg police Oct. 7 at 5:50 p.m. on Oak Avenue.
Nathanial Mosley Jr., 63, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department Sept. 29 about 8:47 a.m. at 214 Bar and Grill in Victor. He was charged Oct. 2 with burglary in the third degree, a Class D felony, for entering an occupied building at 214 Washington Street with the intent to commit a felony, assault or theft.
Mosley is also charged with theft in the fifth degree for stealing $300 in cash at the same place and time. He pleaded not guilty and was released without bond.
A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 4, 2025.
Nicholas Patrick Grimm, 44, of North Liberty, was charged Oct. 4, for unlawfully passing a school bus. According to Williamsburg police, Grimm passed a school bus about 3:35 p.m. Sept. 26.
Walter Gudiel Ramos Carranza, 24, of Williamsburg, was charged Oct. 2 with unlawfully passing a school bus. Williamsburg police say that he passed a school bus Oct. 2 at 4 p.m. on Iowa Highway 149 North.
On Oct. 8, Stephanie Michelle Crow, 41, of Hedrick was charged with driving without a valid license. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Crow Oct. 6 about 5:10 a.m. on County Line Road.
Keegan Gene Akers, 29, of Williamsburg was charged Oct. 2 with operating while intoxicated, first offense. He was arrested on Welsh St. by Williamsburg police.
Terry Lee Doran, 52, of Clinton, was charged Oct. 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) first offense. Marengo police arrested Doran about 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at 960 Franklyn.
Brooklyn Nicole Frese, 34, of Norway, was charged Oct. 6 with public intoxication. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Frese about 7:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at 4712 220th Trail in Amana.
Frese was also charged with assault causing bodily injury at the same time and place for assaulting James Lee Garin, also of Norway.
