MARENGO — Adam Lee Gersdorf, 47, of Williamsburg, was charged Nov. 5 in Iowa County District Court with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.
Gersdorf was stopped by the Williamsburg Police Deparatment just after midnight Nov. 5 on Iowa Highway 149.
Mchael Allen Johnson, 42, of Marengo was charged Nov. 7 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. Johnson was stopped by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department about 9:42 p.m. Nov. 5 at 1953 F15 Blvd.
Emmanuel Matthew Alvarado, 27, of Williamsburg, was charged Nov. 8 with driving while under suspension.
Williamsburg police detained Alvarado about 3:05 a.m. Nov. 8 on Iowa Highway 149.
John Victor Wille, 52, of Newhall, was charged Nov. 10 with failure to stop in assured clear distance. Wille was cited by Williamsburg police about 7:33 a.m. Nov. 10 at Highland and Evans Streets.
Andrew Michael Warren Camden, 42, of Phoenix, Arizona, was charged Nov. 8 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, second offense.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department stopped Camden about 8:04 p.m. Nov. 7 at V Street and U.S. Highway 6 in Homestead for going 53 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone. Camden displayed signs of intoxication, according to a report filed with the court. His preliminary breath test showed an alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08%, the report said.
Camden has a previous OWI conviction in Main from June 2019, the report said.
Camden was also cited for interference with official acts.
Michael Baker Checci, 34, of South Lake Tahoe, was charged Nov. 10 with OWI first offense. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department encountered Checci about 7:14 p.m. Nov. 8 off the Interstate 80 ramp at B Avenue near Victor.
According to a report filed with the court, Checci had driven off the ramp into a ditch and become stuck. His blood alcohol level registered more than 0.08%, according to the report.
Susan Jo Prang, 53, of Belle Plaine, was charged Nov. 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Prang was in possession of a device used to ingest marijuana wax during a traffic stop at D Avenue and Iowa Highway 212 Nov. 4 at 5:25 p.m., according to a report filed by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department.
William Howard Mosher, 54, of Conroy, was charged Nov. 7 with domestic abuse assault following an incident at 662 F St. in Conroy Nov. 6 at 9:11 p.m.
According to a report filed by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department, Mosher’s wife said her husband had attacked her and thrown her against a fence. A no contact order was issued Nov. 7.
On Nov. 10, Jerridee Mosher requested that the no contact order be lifted. She and her husband had been out drinking and fought, she said in her request. It had never happened before, and their son lives with them so she has no concern for her safety.
Tela Lenae Garrett, 44, of Marengo, was charged Nov. 8 with 2nd degree harassment. According to a criminal complaint filed by Marengo police, Garrett was messaging threats to fight another Marengo resident.
