MARENGO — Casey Lee Kettleborough, 43, of North English, was charged Jan. 7 in Iowa County District Court with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
According to a complaint filed by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department, Kettleborough was taken into custody in the 100 block of West Oak St. in North English about 10:43 p.m. Jan. 6 after being found in possession of a 2007 Kenworth that had been reported stolen by Nicholas Pfannebecker of Keota.
Kettleborough no longer had consent to possess or have control of the vehicle, the criminal complaint says.
A preliminary hearing is set for Feb 2.
Michael William Adair, 34, of Riverside, was charged Jan. 7 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense.
According to the report filed by the sheriff’s department, Adair was stopped about 4:30 p.m. Jan. 6 at 2800 220th Trail. He failed a field sobriety test, was in possession of an open container of alcohol. A breath test recorded a blood-alcohol level of 0.215.
A preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 2.
Adair was also cited for having an open container in the vehicle.
Shaylee Malynn Stockton, 26, of Williamsburg, was charged Jan. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana, first offense.
According to a report filed with the court, Williamsburg police were executing a search warrant about 11 a.m. Jan. 12 at 106 W. South St. in Williamsburg and found 2.6 grams of Marijuana in a bag, rolling papers and a mason jar with marijuana residue.
