In Iowa County District Court

MARENGO — Brandon James Hudepohl, 42, of Williamsburg was charged in Iowa County District Court Nov. 3 with domestic abuse, assault, second offense.

Hudepohl was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Nov. 3 on East Adams Street by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department. He’s accused of assaulting Tiffany Gotsis.

Hudepohl has a prior conviction for domestic abuse in March of 2013 in Iowa City.

Charles Eugene Donahue, 64, of Parnell, was charged Nov. 3 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense.

The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department arrested Donahue just after midnight Nov. 3 at 280th Street and Iowa 149 North.

Jose Abraham Garza Jr., 53, of Marengo, was charged Nov. 2 with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense and with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Garza was arrested at a convenience store on U.S. Highway 6 at 7:55 p.m. Nov. 1 by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department.
